1.Begin by combining milk, yogurt, espresso, chia seeds and honey in a small bowl and mix thoroughly.
2.Place in the fridge for at least 30 mins or longer if desired!
3.Meanwhile, slice the banana however you like and melt the butter and cinnamon in a frying pan.
4.Spread the butter around the pan and place the banana on carefully. Fry on either side for a couple minutes or until golden and caramelised.
5.Meanwhile, prepare yogurt in a bowl and make a well in the centre.
6.Place the chia pudding in the centre and top with the caramelised banana.
7.Top with granola and finally some peanut butter!
