Outstanding experience at Otto on Pepe! The cacio e pepe and mushroom pasta were both incredible, and the pistachio ice cream was the perfect finish. The hospitality was just as impressive — Ramiro and the entire staff made the night truly special. Highly recommend! Will come back

A must-visit. The pomodoro was absolutely incredible — simple, fresh, and perfectly balanced. And the wine? Best pairing I’ve had at an Italian place in ages. Warm, unpretentious, and delicious. Already planning my return.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

⸻ The BEST restaurant I’ve been to so far. It’s a true Italian experience from start to finish. The pomodoro pasta is absolutely out of this world, and the moment you walk in, you genuinely feel like you’ve been transported to Italy. The pistachio ice cream is indescribably good. The manager, Ramiro, shared that the pistachios are actually sourced from Sicily and that every ingredient is fresh, which you can truly taste in every bite. Beyond the food, the service makes the experience even more special. Ramiro is incredibly warm and welcoming, and the entire staff is attentive, kind, and genuinely passionate about what they do. I never write reviews, but this place deserves it. It’s not just a meal, it’s a full culinary experience. Without a doubt, the best Italian food and pasta I’ve had in Miami.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. Chic ambience with an excellent music playlist and food that is just as superb. The gazpacho was fresh and the bolognese delicious. The cherry on top was great service from the Napolese Ivan, whose recommendations and hospitality made the experience awesome from start to finish :)

Otto & Pepe is one of my favorite Italian spots in Wynwood. You enter through a wine-shop style front into a cozy, intimate dining room centered around a pasta bar where you can watch the chefs making fresh pasta, and there’s also a great outdoor patio and bar that’s perfect for sitting outside with an award-winning Negroni (an award I’ve personally given them lol). The food is excellent—the chicken parm is easily one of the best around, and the calamarata difunghi is outstanding, finished with beautiful truffle shavings that really makes the dish stand out. Between the relaxed atmosphere, great patio, strong bartending, and standout pasta, it’s the kind of place you end up returning to often. 🍝🍸🌿

Ivan was our server and he made our experience spectacular! We went with his recommendations for wine pairing as well as the his recommended pasta dishes and they were sooo good. We sat at the pasta bar and were able to watch them make our food the whole experience was 10/10 and atmosphere. Ramiro the manager was also great! If you’re looking for amazing pasta look no further.
