Had dinner at Otto and Pepe last night and it was honestly incredible. Started with the eggplant and a gazpacho that completely blew me away, super fresh, layered, and just explodes with flavor. Then went for a cacio e pepe with black truffle (ridiculously good!) and their famous bolognese, which fully lived up to the hype. I live in Barcelona, and this meal genuinely made me feel like I was back on one of my trips to Italy , not in Miami. Great service all around, and Gaby, who runs the place, was an amazing host. 10/10, you must try it!
